From Monday until Friday, your orders are daily recorded by our sales team and shipped throughout France, abroad and overseas.
Indicated delivery times are for deliveries into France.
For export, with every order confirmation, you’ll be informed about delivery time or availability of goods for your own collection.
In case of products non available, you’ll be informed by return and have precise availability time.
For special products manufactured according to special requirements, you’ll be informed about delay according to specifications.

Delivery charges
All indicated prices are “ex-warehouse” F.94400.VITRY/SEINE France, packing included.
With every order confirmation and according to your requirements we’ll quote separately cost of transport (by road, by air or by sea). |
Transport
When receiving your delivery, we ask you to control quality of cartons and products inside and mention any trouble that appears immediately on carrier delivery papers, and confirm it in writting within 48 hours, with a copy to EDIMETA.
We do not accept return of goods, without prior agreement. |

Quality controls are constantly proceeded to ensure that we supply the best products.
We pack your orders with the most attention. You can rely on a free of charge quality insurance until products are delivered into your premises.
We exchange every product that is not proper to function or to be used in normal circumstances. |
